More about Coach Pierson's philosophy and approach may be found at his website: http://www.strikepartner.com.
Coree Reuter is United's Assistant Coach (NSCAA Goalkeeper I&II, USSF D). Coach Pierson's coaching "network" results in regular visits, consultations, and guest training sessions from some of Northern Virginia's most respected coaches, including UK Elite's Glen Waudby (NSCAA Premier) and SRA's Gavin Stevens (Brazilian National A).
SYC Pride United draws from two other teams in the SYC Pride System, including the Fire (WAGS5) also coached by Stu Pierson and the Panthers (WAGS5) coached by Jay Rouse.
SYC Pride United encourages and welcomes players wishing to compete at the Premier Elite level to guest train with the team. Players (born on/after 8/1/1997) wanting to “Guest Train” with the United should email Coach Pierson at pi ... @gmail.com with an indication of interest as well as a brief player history, including playing experience, position played, and other achievements, such as WAGS Division played and/or ODP.
